I appreciated staying here, the location was ideal. Pleasant staff, brand-new and lovely rooms. There was plenty of food that was great. Functional hotel, 16 miles from Mannheim City airport.

Great value-to-price ratio, it was spotless. The location was prime and the view was spectacular, the service was hospitable. The rooms were rather big and normal double.

Cozy rooms, cheerful staff, well presented food, easy location. I appreciated the room, the bed was cozy. The hotel was outstanding and the traditional restaurant was pleasant. Absolutely brilliant views and lovely garden. Overall an awesome stay - great value for money, considering prices in other hotels.

The bathroom I had was very cold.

the whole experience was very pleasant, nothing too much trouble, would definitely recommend. the room was breathtaking, opulent, and had awesome amenities. there also was overnight parking and very clean pool. soft drinks, efficient wifi were a nice surprise.

Didn't like the area, it was uninspiring.

A relaxing base for exploring Heidelberg. Great location was close enough to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was excellent, they make a good choice of meals...
